Yom HaShoah v'HaGvurah - Holocaust and Heroism Commemoration Day!
On April 14 at 7 PM, the Jewish Community of Anne Arundel County comes together in memory of the 6 million Jewish lives who perished in the Holocaust.
This program is co-sponsored by Congregation Kneseth Israel, Congregation Kol Shalom, and Temple Beth Shalom in Annapolis, Friends of the Jewish Chapel, Hadassah, JWI, Jewish War Veteran Post 380, Jewish Federation of Annapolis & the Chesapeake, and Temple Solel of Bowie.
This year, Rabbi Philip Pohl will speak in the "Voice of (his) Parents" as he shares their story of survival. This program is for ages 10 and up.
Once you RSCP, you will receive an email with the event's location and parking instructions on Sunday evening, April 12.
Please note that you will need to bring ID to the event; we will be checking ID and RSVP's.
